You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tanoof.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer service immediately at 9131491369 or tanoofhandloom@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You need to make a unboxing video before open your parcel to make a seamless returned or refund.
If you do not inform us within 1-2 days that you have received a parcel that is damaged, missing or different, we will not be able to return or refund it to you at any circumstances.
